Millionaire Fudge is simply an incredibly scrumptious chocolate fudge that is as rich as the name says.
I have fond memories making Millionaire Fudge at Christmas time with my mother growing up. As the years have gone by, I have changed the method of making the fudge by pouring the hot milk mixture over the chocolate chips and marshmallow whip that I have put in the bowl of my Kitchen Aid Mixer, and then beating it all together until smooth and creamy. I fold in the pecans and then pour the fudge in a buttered sheet pan.
My method of making Millionaire Fudge may have changed from when I use to make it with my mother, but one thing has not changed, and that is that I still scrap the bowl to get every little bit of chocolate happiness, just like I remember doing with my mother.
