Peanut Butter Rice Krispie Blossoms, sometimes called No Bake Peanut Butter Blossom Cookies or Hershey Kiss Cookies, have all the pomp and circumstance of the legendary Peanut Butter Blossom.
NO BAKE PEANUT BUTTER BLOSSOMS
No Bake Peanut Butter Blossoms are homemade candy made with crunchy rice cereal, creamy peanut butter mixture, and a chocolate candy kiss.
Peanut Butter Rice Krispie Kisses took me back to when I visited my sister at her house for Christmas.
I still remember looking in each Christmas tin she had her goodies in until I found them.
Oh, with the peanut butter mixture and the chocolate kiss in the center, you could quickly go to "Yummieville" (a sugar coma, you might say)!
At Christmas, I saw on Facebook where my sister's daughter, Corey, posted the recipe, which inspired me to make some.
Well, I made one batch of these, and then I couldn't resist making three more batches.
They were the perfect addition to my Christmas gift boxes.

TIPS AND TIDBITS TO MAKE THE BEST PEANUT BUTTER RICE KRISPY BLOSSOMS
Hershey Kisses. It is very important to unwrap the Hershey Kisses before you start the recipe and set them aside. This way, they are ready to push down into the cookies as they are scooped on the wax paper.
Instead of Hershey Kisses. You could also use a peanut butter mini cup or even a rolo. Or any of your favorite Hershey Kisses flavors.
How to store. Store in an air tight container for seven days.
Let it cool entirely. Do not disturb the Hershey's chocolate kiss before storing it in an airtight container. Once placed in the warm cookie, it will melt slightly.

Corey's treats look delightful. I would have to put them in the freezer and take them out one at a time-if not, I would eat them till they were gone. Nice!
