Lay wax paper across the counter to scoop the blossoms onto.
In a large heavy bottom saucepan, bring Karo and sugar to a boil; take off the burner.
Add peanut butter and quickly stir until smooth and creamy.
Add Rice Krispies and stir until completed, incorporating the peanut butter mixture.
Quickly spoon the mixture onto waxed paper and immediately press a Hershey's chocolate kiss in the center.
