When I made this Spinach Artichoke Pizza New Year's Eve, I was making it by the seat of my pants.
I have been wanting to make several different kinds of pizza that I have been seeing on different blogs and was always putting it off. When I would see the recipe to make the dough, I would bookmark the recipe and never make it.
Recently, I have been seeing people buy pizza dough by the case at Sam's in the deli, and I wondered if I could make a homemade pizzas at home using Sam's dough. One of these days, I want to learn how to make homemade dough, but for right now I needed something simple and quick. So that is what I did, I bought a case of their pizza dough in the deli. It comes frozen in individual dough balls in bags, and all you have to do is thaw out how many of the dough balls you will need at the time. I must say, I am so pleased with how easy and quick I can get the dough to the pan, not to say how delicious it taste.
Along with this easy pizza recipe I made New Year's Eve, I also made a Pepperoni Pizza using the mini pepperonis. Now that was a huge hit and enjoyed by all.
