This last weekend, my husband was grilling chicken on the grill, and I wanted a yummy side dish. So I made some yummy Simple Sesame Noodles.
We always get sesame noodles at our favorite Chinese restaurant, and I never thought about making some at home, until I started seeing them on the blogs. Everyone has their own recipe, but the one I use is Ree Drummond's. I like the simplicity of it.

Simple Sesame Noodles has got to be the easiest dish to make. You can use any pasta you like, even rice noodles. For this recipe, I used linguine pasta, since that is what I had on hand.
Once you make it, you will want to make another recipe the next day for a quick lunch. What else can I say---Easy Peasy Delicious!

Ingredients:
1 16oz. package linguine pasta, cooked and drained
1/3 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons sugar
5 cloves of garlic, minced
3 tablespoons rice vinegar
3 tablespoons sesame oil
1 teaspoon hot chili sauce
4 tablespoons canola oil
Directions:
In a medium bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sugar, garlic, rice vinegar, sesame oil, chili sauce, and canola oil. Taste and adjust to your liking.
Pour over cooked noodles and toss being sure to coat evenly. Garnish with green onions. Enjoy!
