Fudge is a wonderful treat to make for the holidays and makes a great addition to my Christmas gift boxes. Fudge freezes well and can be ready to take to an event at a moments notice.

White Chocolate Cinnamon Chip Fudge
Recipe Source: The Seasoned Mom
- 1 teaspoon butter or cooking spray
- 1 (16 oz.) can vanilla frosting
- 2 cups (12 oz.) white chocolate chips
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon rum extract
- 1/2 cup (3 oz.) cinnamon chips (or additional white chocolate chips)
Line 8-inch square pan with foil overlapping the sides. Coat the foil with butter; set aside.
Pour white chocolate chips into a 4 cup microwave safe cup. Add frosting. Place in microwave and microwave for 30 seconds. Stir chips and frosting microwave 30 more seconds. Stir well until creamy smooth.
Stir in cinnamon, nutmeg, and rum extract. Cool for about 5-10 minutes before adding cinnamon chips. (I actually added mine before cooling. I like the streaks of cinnamon in the fudge.)
Immediately pour into prepared pan. Cover with foil and refrigerate until firm.
Using the overlapped foil on the sides, lift out of the pan. Cut into 1-inch squares. Remove from foil and store in an airtight container.
