Canadian Bacon & Gruyere Egg Cups, three ingredients come together to make a simple but fancy breakfast recipe to serve for special occasions or weekend brunch.
These Canadian Bacon & Gruyere Egg Cups are great if you are on a low carb, keto, or gluten free eating plan. Canadian bacon is lower in calories than bacon, making it Weight Watcher friendly, too.
The Canadian bacon is crispy around the egg whites, with the egg yokes runny, making them inviting to dip with toast strips.
On weekends when all the family is here, I like to make big pans of breakfast foods, so everyone gets to eat at the same time.
I love to make Canadian bacon & Gruyere Cups with a pan of country potatoes and a bowl of fresh fruit salad.
The perfect breakfast!
