TIPS AND TIDBITS TO MAKE THE BEST BEACH JELLO CUPS
Refrigerator. Make room in the refrigerator for the tray of jello cups. Clear a flat clear space to set the tray of jello cups on when ready.
Sheet Pan. Arrange (12) 5 oz. plastic cups on a sheet pan. This will make it easier to transfer to the refrigerator.
Double Recipe. The recipe is easy to double or triple for large crowds.
Blue Jello. Blue raspberry jello can also be used if you can't find the berry blue jello.
Measuring Cup. A large spout measuring cup or a mixing bowl with a spout helps prevent spills when pouring the jello into the plastic cups.
Chill All Liquid. Using ice cold water helps the jello set better and faster.
Wait To Decorate. Chill the jello cups until firm before adding any gummies to decorate.
Substitutes. The sour shark gummies can be switched out for other fun fruit gummies for a pool party.
Wait to Serve. To avoid the jello becoming too liquid, wait to set the jello cups out for guests until just before serving.
